ABOUT US

Hello, I'm Glenda and I studied Knitwear Design at Nottingham Trent University followed by being a buyer for M&S. I subsequently studied for a PGCE and have been teaching Art and Design & Textiles in schools and, colleges in London and  Hertfordshire. I also practice yoga and design

yoga wear for both men and women.

Stitch Amazingly is a great way to learn and develop your  design  and sewing skills, whilst meeting new like-minded people, being

a series of sewing workshops for the community and beyond.

Stitch Amazingly was commissioned by Brent Museum and Archives to deliver a series of three textile-based workshops and textile art pieces,        involving  members of the local community, in response to the theme of Being Alive, and the sub-themes of  faith, religion and spirituality. These textile art pieces were displayed as part of the project exhibition in June 2023.
